Grown from north to south of the region, AOP Côtes-du-Jura is the most widespread of the Jura appellations. Accounting for 20% of To bring out all their qualities, they are best kept for between three and five years. Côtes-du-Jura reds based on the Poulsard grape variety go perfectly with Morteau sausage or pork delicacies from the mountain villages. To accompany grilled meats or game served with a sauce, go for Côtes-du-Jura reds made predominantly from the Trousseau grape, a variety which contains more tannins.
