Covering an area of 22 hectares in Upper Savoy, the Ayze vineyard has teetered on a slope since the 13th century. Created from an exclusive, local grape variety known as the Gringet, this aromatic and very refreshing wine exudes floral and fruity aromas, including its famous hint of lemon. Produced in the same way as champagne, Ayze is an elegant sparkling wine that can be found on the menus of the region?s most illustrious Michelin-starred restaurants. An ideal aperitif with hazelnut saucisson, it is also perfect when paired with braised lake fish, seafood platters and Savoy biscuits.
