Produced from Gamay grapes like the Chautagne, the Jongieux vineyard enjoys a slightly cooler climate than its neighbour. Le Gamay de Jongieux is an original, cherry-red wine that evokes red berries and the slight acidity of its Beaujolais relatives. It marries exceptionally well with Savoy ham and saucisson, crozet pasta bake and any grilled or pan-fried red meat.
