CHARACTER : dry and fruity
VARIETY : Molette
DESCRIPTION :
Established since the 12th century, Seyssel's vineyard is the oldest appellation in the Alpine region. This appellation has recently been expanded with the introduction of the Seyssel Molette PDO, which has received excellent reviews from oenologists. Local Molette grapes create a dry, still white wine, with delicate notes of flowers and pineapple. The freshness of its aromas make it a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to lake fish, seafood or fondue.
