In the Côtes-du-Jura area, Poulsard is the grape most frequently used for making "rosé". It produces a fragrant wine with a raspberry aroma, slightly spicy, with a hint of pepper. It is best drunk as an aperitif, with pork delicacies from the mountain villages, Morteau or Montbéliard sausage, as well as grilled fish, salmon or tuna.
