Appellation PDO Savoie Marignan

Photo démo

CHARACTER : crysp

VARIETY : Chasselas

DESCRIPTION :
The Savoy PDO is teeming with little treasures, including the 70-hectare Cruet vineyard. A dry and fruity wine with citrus aromas, it is produced using Jacquère grapes and pairs beautifully with cheese-based specialities and fish. Marignan (10 hectares) is a similarly dry, fruity wine, but uses Chasselas grapes and marries well with carp fillet or raclette. Marin (15 hectares) uses Chasselas grapes to create a fresh, dry wine with aromas of hawthorn and dried fruit, perfect alongside fish.
